Meet Kayla.
She’s the heartbeat behind the vibe. She built Conservatory Cannabis Co. with equal parts creativity, curiosity, and controlled chaos.
Cannabis, for her, has never just been about products on a shelf. It’s about creating a place where people can learn something new, laugh a little, and feel like they belong. She’s passionate about blending cannabis culture with experiences that don’t feel cold or corporate. Basically: less “transaction,” more “you should hang out here for a while.”
Outside of work, Kayla is powered by iced coffee, beach air, and questionable reality television. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Herbal Medicine, which means she can talk terpenes and herbs for hours if you let her. Penn State football occupies a completely unreasonable amount of emotional real estate in her life.
If you see something fun online from Conservatory, there’s a strong chance she stayed up too late thinking of it.

Our cOO
Meet Jon.
He's a lifelong resident of South Jersey, holding the title of alum from both Mainland High School and Stockton University. Anyone who knows him, loves him. You'll see him in our shop and he'll give you a warm greeting, making you feel like you've been going there all of your life. He's the glue to our operation and keeps the lights on, literally. He's the guy with ideas and he makes them come to life. He's the guy behind our story and the reason all of us are here (besides you guys, too, of course!).
In his past time, you can find him hanging in Discord with his friends while gaming. He also makes a mean smoked rack of baby backs.

Meet Connor.
Connor brings years of experience from the Maryland cannabis industry. He's an avid cannabis consumer and is responsible for the cultivars and products that we'll be partnered with and sell here at Conservatory Cannabis. He's always willing to learn about other people's journey with cannabis; and is never one to shy away from a passionate sports discussion.

Meet Amanda.
Amanda brings over five years of experience in the cannabis industry, starting in New Jersey’s medical market and growing through the shift into recreational. She got into it for one simple reason—she genuinely loves the plant and loves helping people. She’s a big advocate for cannabis’s medical and holistic benefits and is always looking for ways to share that with others. As Director of Marketing, she’s the creative eye behind our socials and a big part of how we connect with the community. She works with the team to bring Conservatory Cannabis to life on multiple platforms in a way that feels fun, real, and educational. When she’s not working, she’s hanging with her two dogs or playing Animal Crossing.
